• Quickly Consult This feature connects you instantly to the 1st available Doctor. Here you can only choose the category. Example you can choose to speak to General Physicians or Child Specialists or Gynaecologists. But you cannot choose a specific Doctor within the Department.
• Request Call Back from Doctor of your choice. This feature allows you to select a specific Doctor from within a category ) and request a call back from the selected Doctor. The selected Doctor will call back within a specified period OR you will be notified if Doctor is unavailable, so that you can choose some other Doctor.

Yes, We can choose a specific Doctor from the various Department of Doctors/Experts available, including specialists. The chosen Expert Doctor will call you within 6 hours from accepting your consult request.
